Re-do Policy

requests for a redo hair service must be made within 48 hours from the date of the service. Redo’s will be performed by the same stylist or from a different stylist with soonest availability. We want you to love your hair!

Product Return

product(s) return must be done within 30 days of purchase. It can be exchanged for another product of equal value.
