Payment
we accept cash, visa, mastercard, discover, american express, and apple pay. we do not accept personal checks.
Cold/Flu
if you are sick or starting to feel sick please re-schedule your appointment
Re-do Policy
requests for a redo hair service must be made within 48 hours from the original date of the service. redo’s will be performed by the same stylist or a different stylist with soonest availability. we want you to love your hair!
Product Return
product(s) return must be done within 30 days of purchase. it can be exchanged for another product of equal value. product sales are final.
Extensions
extension services require a consultation and a 50% deposit to book appointment.
